I don't have any before photo's... I used to but between 2 years and many reformats of my harddrive, I lost them. However, when I started back in 2004 (So, a little less than 2 years) I was around 145lbs. I'm now 166lbs. I've been doing the WBB#1 for about 6 months now. My current diet brings in a little over 3000 calories and is like:

Wakeup - Muscle Milk with Milk
10 AM - 2 or 3 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter, 20oz Milk
1 PM (Post Workout) - Tuna Salad Sandwich, Some almonds and nuts, 20oz Milk
3 PM - Muscle Milk with Milk, 2 or 3 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
6 PM - Baked chicken, some veggie (rice, green beans, corn, etc...), 20oz Milk
9 PM - Muscle Milk with Milk

Please comment and tell me what you think, what I should change, how I can get a better ______... All comments will help. Thanks!

Wow. In the second pic the arms don't look like much, but unless you have two sets of arms, it must just be the angle. Doin' great. Keep up the good work!

Yeah, I think it's the angle, however, I think my arms lack a lot.. also my shoulders. My chest has gotten significantly bigger since I started WBB #1. I switched up the chest routine a bit after about 3 months and I hit a platue... All I did was move BB Bench to DB bench, DB Incline to BB Incline and replaced Dips for Hammer Strength Decline (I did this recently because I dislocated my shoulder and needed something less stressful on my shoulder).

Right now my stats look like:

Bench: BB 170x6, DB 70x6
Incline Bench: 150x6 (I'm trying to get this up. I was weak at first only could do 90x8 3 months ago...)
Squat: 190x6
Deadlift: 160x6
