Do you mean approved by your folks?
The only change I might suggest would be you substitute Nitrean or another quality whey/casein/egg blend for the pure whey you mentioned. You will find the blend to be a superior product for all of your protein needs.

Sounds good, but remember, diet and training is 99.9% of it. If those aren't in check then your just wasting money.

I'm curious, does it really even have to be either/or? Can't it be and? I, personally, use flax oil and olive oil to fill in some fat cals in shakes, but use fish oil for the obvious reasons.
Not saying it is a necessity to use both, and if I were to choose one or the other, then I would choose fish oil.

You can use both. But if it's capsules, stick with fish oil.

I commend you bro. This is actually one of the better supplement selections I've seen from newer people to the former. Most want some useless **** that costs an arm and a leg.

you've got all the basics...
protein
creatine
a good multi
ets(it won't get rid of your DOMS by the way, it just helps lessen the severity of them and helps them dissipate quicker then usual)
fish oil
thermocin for cutting
im thinking you got it all man...
