I know i didnt include Fats in the diet but it is included with the protein from the eggs im eating.

Im trying to get back into it.
i did take 1 year break im down from 215 16%BF ,im sitting at around 190 in the morning.

I just want to get back into it.

Fats is included but i didnt write them down.
Alot of fat come from whole eggs

if your 190, 400+grams of protein is way too much. You should probably be around 270-300.

all you've got is brown rice listed. maybe you should list what you're actually eating to get those numbers...

Protein is fine however fats are just as important as te others and shouldnt be overlooked. Post your exact diet and exact micros etc and we will be able to help you much more
