Here's a pic of my upper body.
I'm thinking I'm 20%+
I'm going to start a cut in Jan.
It's been a long slow bulk from about 150 lbs last year.

18ish, but carrying a good deal of muscle.
Thanks for the input everyone!
I'm looking forward to the cut, but I have some turkeys to go through this holiday season first.

about 20 % really hard to tell from the picture because everyone stores fat in different places

really? i'd say 16-18
you have a nicely proportioned chest. is it genetics or did you have to work to build it to get even like that?

Closer to 20%. You've got a fairly good sized gut to burn through on that cut. You are holding a lot of muscle right now though so cutting should be fairly easy for you.

I'm not sure about genetics, but about a year ago there was no chest at all :)
I only do 2 chest exercises on chest day and I go really heavy.
DB flat and DB inclines.

Its really hard too tell with the angle and lighting. Im going with everyone else here and saying no lower then 17 and no higher then 18. If cut right you will look great though because you appear too have a considerable amount of muscle.
Im jealous of your lats btw mine F***ing suck.
The other reason I asked for an estimate is that I have one of these electronic body fat gadgets that I picked up from amazon for like $20. It's pretty consistent, but I wasn't sure if the absolute number was anywhere near accurate.
It's reading out 20.2 +/- 0.5 for me pretty consistently. So I guess it's in the ballpark.
