Hey folks, I searched on here for 6-Oxo threads, read them all, but none really suited my question. So here goes:

I'm 25, I currently take protein shakes, creatine, and the usual vitamin. Right now I have some fatty areas, like chest and waist that have been nothing but trouble even when cutting. They never want to go away. So I've read that estrogen suppressors help with losing weight, or better yet - keeping extra weight off since estrogen helps store fat. When I was a kid I had gyno, but surgery fixed that right up for the most part, still some fat left. I have about 21% BF index. 6' 203lbs. I need something that will suppres estrogen and if possible raise my test' a notch. I'm thinking about this :

Nitro T3 - NxCare Inc.

Ingredients:
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 10.5 mg, Magnesium (as oxide and aspartate) 450 mg, Zinc (as mono-/-methionine and aspartate) 30 mg, T-MAX (testosterone Stimulating Complex) 1000 mg, FT-MAX 1000 mg, NO-Max 1000 mg, EA-MAX 75 mg, EB-MAX 75 mg, DA-MAX 75 mg, RT-MAX 50 mg, AA-MAX 50 mg. Other Ingredients: AbsorbMax, gelatin and magnesium stearate.

Thanks for any help advice. I'll check twice a day for replies.

The fact that you still have fat around your chest and waist simply indicates you have not lost enough weight. Look into a fat burner such as AtLarge's Thermocin --> http://www.atlargenutrition.com/nutrition_detail.php/products_id/4

I do not believe it is a test/estrogen problem or imbalance. Check your diet and lose more weight.

Oh, by the way, I've never heard of 6-oxo and Nitro T3 is an NO and "Natural Testosterone" Booster. From what I've heard natural test boosters are essentially useless and NO is good for nothing but a pump. If you really want to increase Test levels then go look into the anabolics forum on this site.

6-oxo is used as an alternative PCT product by those using prohormones. It is widely used due to the availability in retail stores, but still won't compare to nolvadex or clomid.

In any event, if you're at 21% bodyfat and have great troubles losing fat, then you need to examine your diet. Stomach fat is notoriously hard to get rid of for most people as that is the first place we tend to store fat and the last place that gets burned off. Lose fat all over and those will go away over time. You're not lean at 21%, so you should worry more about overall fat loss than targetted.

It's just not a smart idea to use something like 6-oxo to lose fat or get rid of gyno at 21% bf. I know this is not what you want to hear... but cut down, lose some fat and see what's there. If there truely is a problem with gyno then nolvadex would be your best bet, not 6-oxo.

How much does Nolvadex cost? I heard its something that women take if they have breast cancer.

Yes women take it for breast cancer. But, it is sold online as tamoxifen citrate a research chemical.

Nolvadex/Tamoxifen will not aid in fat loss.
Learn to diet consistently and wisely.
The problem areas with men are the lower back/lovehandles and chest.
These are the first areas to get fat and the last to leave.
This is because these areas receive the least blood flow so think of it as chipping away at a rock slowly.
Time and dedication will get you what you want
You have to diet down pretty lean to lose it.

There is no quick fix so stop looking.

Can anyone be so kind as to point me to a thread or article that has a good diet plan/workout regiment? I'm itching to get started.

Happy holidays!
