your legs aren't that bad dude. How big are they? Mine are only like 22" around the thigh, and then 15" around the calves, which is relatively small. You look like you might have a few inches on me, but keep up the good work anyways.

dude you are doing fine. It takes a long time to get big legs, so be patient and remember everybody had to start somewhere.

Wouldnt worry about it too much they will get bigger , mine are pretty small...

I hate my leg genetics... calves - 14.5"...thighs - 19" :cry:

Squat heavy and a lot. 5 or 6 heavy sets. Don't even bother with any leg press, leg extension etc. You may want to add a couple sets of hamstring curls. and obviously do 4 or 5 sets of calf work. Eat an excess of at least 1000 cals. Your legs will soon be hugs.

The best thing for you is full squats, just really concentrate on progressing them.

I've seen smaller! Keep squatting and deadlifting and eat like crazy and you will do just fine brother

Er, 25" Thigh and 15.5" Calve two days after workout.


Thanks for all the supportive comments guys, I'm not happy with them but I guess thats just more inspiration to do something about it :X
