All it is is regular creatine with a bunch of other stuff added.. like sugar, magensium, potassium, tuarine, and glycine. Nothing great. I doubt it's better than creatine monohydrate because IT IS creatine monohydrate with crap added to it. Take cratine and eat a banana.
