In terms of protein, cal, and bulking, is milk one of the best things you can add to a diet?


what is everyones thoughts?

It's easy and it has calories/protein. There is nothing magical about it other than that.

I get 1.5 gallons a day when bulking for the above reasons.

Depends, do you like milk? Does it fit into your daily macronutrient goals? If the answer is yes to both, then have fun.

depending on the type of milk and fat content (skim, 2%, etc.) it is pretty calorie dense, has a good amount of protein per amount and IMO is extremely delicious...so if you like milk then it is a great way to get some good calories...

Truth is that everything on this planet is bad for you and will kill you eventually. If your body is having problems processing something, then don't do it. In the mean time, I'm gonna keep drinking my milk.

In terms of NUTRITION (disregarding any health concerns there may be) milk is absolutely excellent.

I drink a lot of skim. Im paranoid about saturated fat and whole milk has something like five grams sat fat per cup.
