so football ended yesterday, state champs :clap: !!! <ya im braggin lol... but right now i am about 6'2 or 6'3 210lb (don't know body fat) my lifts are
bench 230
squat 350
deadlift 315

I am in my sophmore year now at 15 years old so I still have more high school football left but i need to get A LOT stronger. i would kind of like to get a little bit leaner but not willing to sacrafice a large amout of gains in muscle. i have pictures that are not great but will sort of give you an idea of what im workin with

so the real question is, can i just do a clean bulk and gain a lot of muscle, size and strength while only putting on minimal amounts of fat, or should i just cut for a short period of time and then bulk?

I can't see you pics but those stats are huge for a 15 year old.

And I imagine you could do either.

It's true that the pictures are not very clear.
My rule of thumb is that unless you're digusted with yourself, you should bulk. You can certainly bulk slower and add HIIT to keep fat gain to a minimum.
