so football ended yesterday, state champs :clap: !!! <ya im braggin lol... but right now i am about 6'2 or 6'3 210lb (don't know body fat) my lifts are
bench 230
squat 350
deadlift 315
I am in my sophmore year now at 15 years old so I still have more high school football left but i need to get A LOT stronger. i would kind of like to get a little bit leaner but not willing to sacrafice a large amout of gains in muscle. i have pictures that are not great but will sort of give you an idea of what im workin with
so the real question is, can i just do a clean bulk and gain a lot of muscle, size and strength while only putting on minimal amounts of fat, or should i just cut for a short period of time and then bulk?
