Greetings all
I started a diet plan June 5 of this year and have recently lost 35 pounds. I am now about 220ish. (2-3 give or take pounds)
I am getting serious about weightlifting/bodybuilding and would like to know when is probably the best time to starts supplements?
I have been eyeing Hydroxicut for a while now and would just like some suggestions.
Thanks.

There is no special time to take supplements. You can take them whenever you want. Just make sure your diet is in order before you decide to add anything else.

~84 days, 13 hours, 14 minutes and 43 seconds after you start lifting.

Once you have good form and workout habits then look towards supplements. Otherwise you will be wasting your money
