i have been reading alot about these two creatines and i was wandering which one is better or which one people have been having the best results on. Cause i have been using citrate and have not had some of the gains people have been talking about on here with the monohydrate.

I know this is pure SUPPLEMENT and calorie is key but i was just wandering from a pure supplement stand point which was better.

Whichever one works better for you, I guess. I'd go with monohydrate, though.

so far no scientific study has proven citrate or even that Kre-alkalyn stuff, works any better than plain monohydrate.

i would stick to monohydrate, but get a brand that uses CreaPure processing, like AtLarge sells. Something like $14 for a whole lotta creatine
