View Full Version : My current diet (critique welcome)

Here is my typical daily diet, would love any critique.

Height: 140 lb, Height: 5'10", BF = 10%

8:00 AM: bowl of Cheerios with 0.5% milk (mix of skim and 1%)

10 AM: bagel, apple and banana

12 PM: BBQ chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato

4 PM: some other kind of chicken sandwich/wrap

7 PM: another sandwich, either chicken or beef

11 PM: bowl of cheerios with milk

Also thrown in there is 50 grams of protein shake along with 12 oz. of milk, and 4 cups of coffee. Any critique would be much appreciated!

What r your goals? IMO too much processed carbs.

At 5'10" and 140 lb., my only goal is to increase my LBM. I was 130 lb. about 9 months ago, and a few years ago I only weighed 120 at the same height. Seems unbelievable to me now.

More healthy fat. Try some natty PB, nuts ...

Agreed. More protein, more fat, more freakin calories.
