View Full Version : N-Large 2
Hi all newbie here and just purchased my first tub of choclate flavour n-large 2.
On the tub it says to take between meals and after training.
I am taking it twice daily to start with and get used too it.
Between meals is understandable but i have been told to take my second shake 30 mins before training??
This has confused me as it states on the tub to take after training!!!
Any ideas would be helpfull :)

MRP = meal replacement
You drink it to gain weight. Drink half or so before you workout and the rest afterward. Pre-workout meals have more impact really than postworkout. Its a supplement to your daily calorie intake.
Are you trying to gain weight? If so, drink it between meals. If not, finish it off and then go get something else. Its horrid for weight loss.

N-large is a weight gainer. It has maltodex carbs and whey protein. It can be used as a post-workout shake.

whenever, its just calories :)
Post workout would probably be better as the sugary carbs would be more effective.
personally unless you have a very high metabolism or just arenlt bothered about gaining fat, I would stick with a good quality mrp, Opticen for example at www.atlargenutrition.com
I do have a high metabolism and am willing to see how the n-large goes.
Thanx for your answers guys i will keep you posted. and i will post in the newbie section :cool:
