I'm starting this new forum because I am now deticated to losing some weight and regaining it in muscle. I will be training once a week with Nick Hatfield and posting my progress it will be a full body routine. Encourgement is welcomed.
hey alex, good to see you finally signed up. This is my good friend and he'll be training with me once or twice a week until his schedule changes, then more like 3-4 times per week.
