Anyone looking fo a good bulking supplement? Try this, Milk has a good source of protein and carbs, also it contains all 9 Essential amino-acids. So i buy powdered milk, the costco brand works good, Take 4x a serving mixed in with a glass of regular milk.

Each glass contains:
520 calories
about 90 gms of carbs
40 gms of protein
10 gms of fat
plus vitaman A,C,D, and all the other vitamans and minerals.

Milk also helps you lose some of the waistline. The great thing about this is that powdered milk dosen't contain any fat. If it doesn't taste good just add some vanilla extract and some sweetener, taste like ice-cream. This way instead of drinking a gallon a day all you have to drink is a glass without all the fat you would get from drinking a gallon a day. And for the amount of protein you are getting you are saving a lot of $$$$$. :strong: :strong:

Well, to elaborate on that one. Dairy sources of calcium have been shown to aid in fat loss. It's not the milk per se, but that's one mode to get your calcium. You can also eat cheese or whatever other dairy product.

I wish I wasn't lactose intolerant and didn't need to take an expensive supplement every time I had to engage in dairy related activities.

The kroger brand has 80 servings for $9.00. It's just called powdered milk, some are enriched with vitamins. All this is, is concentrated milk. Think about it, 80/4 =20, so that's 20 servings with 32 grams of protein, and a extra 8g if you mix it with milk. So, 20, 40 g servings of protein with 90 g of carbs and around 520 calores and ten grams of fat,(none if you mix it with water), for $9.00, thats the cheapest protein I've ever seen. :omg:

Not really...just the ones that deserve it =). Sorry, I have a lot of time on my hands after work, and I'm very tired and cranky due to my diet...so if I think something is common sense, you'll probably get a snappy remark from me.

Don't be a hater of teh phats!! You don't get fat from eating fat. You get fat from eating a surplus of calories and sitting on your bungholio.

I could overdose on powdered milk. Grab like a 20oz shaker and add 1/3 powdered milk and 2/3 whole milk. What is that? Like 6oz (168g) of powdered milk and 14oz of whole milk.

I don't get what your saying, i didn't think you could OD on food, like you said if you do you get fat.

It was a joke...

Maybe if I would have used a syringe to inject the milk solution straight into my veins you might have laughed a little?
