i'm thinking about premaking about 5 shakes with the ingredients :
3/4 cup oatmeal
1.5 scoop whey
400ml milk
and keeping it in a 500 ml water bottle.
and drink about 5 a day
is this a good idea?

I put PB in mine also.. Not sure if your bulking/cutting or what. But yes this is a good shake.
Just some FYI though, if you premake them all the oatmeal will sink to the bottom, and it will make the last few swallows very difficult. :-X Maybe if you keep them in bottles you can shake?

Yeah, the oats sink to the bottom. You'll need to shake or stir before drinking.
Also make sure you blend the oats into a powder so that it's easier to drink.
If you're bulking, add a few tablespoons of peanut butter for nice healthy fats and calories.
Enjoy! :D

i do something similar for breakfast:
1 cup milk
1cup oats
2 scoops of whey
1 banana
(bulking by the way)
try grinding the oats up in a blender first as well it makes it less thick

There is nothing wrong with that, but what about whole foods? What does the rest of your diet look like?

say i put 3/4 gallon of milk ( 1200 calories ) + 3 cups oats = 600 calories + 15 tablespoons of pb = 1500 calories + 8 scoops of whey = 800 calories
put it in a gallon of milk container and finish by end of day. good way to eat 4000 calories?
certainly is as long as it meets ure protein/fat/carbs for the day that was basically what i was doing for my bulk apart from it was 5000+cals
