I was thinking about taking a boatload of aminos before bed, to try to increase the amount of gh while i was sleeping, and for muscle recovery.

like 5 grams of..
L-arginine
L-lysine
L-glutimine
L-orthinine
Taurine
L-cartinine
Leucine
Isoleucine
Valine

Good idea or not, has anyone tried this...????

You can do two things,

1. Try it and report back
2. Don't do it

I'd choose option two. You're only gonna be wasting your time and money waiting for an effect that won't happen. GH is best increased by using it directly. Don't waste your time using supplements that have been proven on paper. If it looks good on paper it usually doesn't work when actually tested. The two don't always go hand in hand.

Just eat some chicken or the countless other animals that contain the magical protein before bed.

Do it...and come tell us if it worked and if u grew a foot taller overnight/"got hyoooooogeeerrr"
