vit b-6 (panthotic acid) doesn't work for me. I loaded it like everyone suggested. nothing. 10 grams a day. that is like 20 pills and is stupid if you ask me.
So I figure that accutane is comprised of a lot of vit A right? would taking this help?
Guggulsterone. in a part on the main page of this site it is listed as helping acne...anyone tried this?
zinc was also listed as helping....
Built, you suggested fats help skin out, but if fat helps make testrone production, wouldn't this hinder?
for ME the best way (and cheapist) way to say good bye to acne:
Drink more water(u it by ~1-2liters a day)
Clean up your diet - Eliminate all junk/fast food

I dont know if taking vitamins in that big of dose is a good thing to do. There is such a thing as overdosing on vitamins.
Vitamin B-6
Ingesting more than 400 mg a day (200 times the RDA) can cause numbness in the mouth and hands and difficulty in walking.
Taking regular high doses of vitamin B6 over 250 milligrams per day may cause nerve damage.
Vitamin A
Gorging on this vitamin compound in doses of more than 25,000 IUs (five times the RDA) can lead to liver damage, hair loss,(<-- severe) blurred vision and headaches(<--mild).

guggulsterones are not really something you, as a man, want to take since its a anti-androgen and a progestin.

well in response to the guggulsterones findings I'm not to impressed with the article on this site claiming that it is one of the important supplements...

B5, not B6. Even so B5 marginally assits in clearing acne so do not expect any kind of miracle.

That would be really hard to do unless you were really trying.

He said he was taking 10g a day, so I thought he would be trying to take more than the average dose

also the reason I did 10 grams was people were suggesting taking like 15...I mean 10 was hard for me.

I didnt realize he meant B5(250-500mg a day recommend), even though he had written it there, that is different than B6 (1.3 mg for men and women recommend). I got confused because the pills for B5 usually are 100, 250, or 500, so no need for 10-15 pills?

no need? Well, at 10 to 15 pills I saw no difference so I guess there is no need.
I am still a little mad that this site suggest that guggul when all I have read now is how bad it is for muscle tissue.
