Hey all. Just have a quick question. Do you guys agree with loading on creatine? if so, what loading methods do you use (duration, amount of creatine, etc etc)
Also, what do you guys think about cell tech?

loading isnt needed. 5g aday will do

Now I remember why I quit coming into the supplement section, way too many n00bs posting questions that have been answered 50,000 times already :)

Loading, not stricly necessary but you will see results quicker. However, you will use your creatine faster.

I loaded on 5g portions, 4 times a day for 5 days.

I now take 5g a day for saturation.

You could just start taking 5g a day and leave it at that. You will load slower but save on creatine.

You know how many threads come up with the same damn question? In a lot of cases, the same exact title. How bout you stop being lazy and click that nifty search button. I'm sure we'd all like to be spoon fed the rest of our lives, but you can easily find the answer yourself.

whats the point of this reply?It's to make you use the search function. There are ten trillion threads on creatine in this discussion board already. No need to blow up at people like that.
