Any of ya guys ever heard of it.

I bought two bottles of it 2day. Its not expenisive, 30 bucks a bottle with 100 capsules. It claims to be 10X more effective than regular creatine. I searched and found a somewhat simular thread talking about Kre-Alkalyn which is the main ingrediant in this.

It bascially claims to have a higher PH level, and it all gets absorbed as opposed to 10% of all other kinds of creatine. It doesnt produce any creatinine so it has none of the creatine side effects. Its cheaper, or around the same price. It maximize's strength to weight since there is no water retention. No loading phase, and its in pill forms which I find easier to take than the powder (thats just me though)

I was wondering if anybody else tried it or used it. It is relativly new, so i dont expect much people have.

I've seen pink K.
It turned out to be elephant tranquilizer. My friend was trapped on a couch drooling at a rave for like 4 hrs as a result.

Its absolutely nothing special. Its the same stuff, same hype as Kre-Alkalyn.

Show me one, just one, scientific study (Not one done by the maker) that proves its more bio-available than creatine monohydrate.

You won't find one, because it hasn't been done.

On the plus side, these 'advanced' creatines like Kre-alk and Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) are driving the price of good, scientifically proven, Creatine Monohydrate down to a level anyone can afford.

BTW, no scientific studies have proven CEE works any better than CM either. I'm sure for a select group of individuals who 'dont' responde' to monohydrate, these may be viable options worth trying.
For the other 99.999% of us, go buy some monohydrate from Atlargenutrition.com - its cheap, and its the Creapure processed stuff, so a higher grade of mono.

I disagree, it seems to be highly talked about stuff recently, and I am seeing very very good results thus far.

I disagree,

Based on what evidence?

Kre-alkalyn. It's actually pretty old and was talked about months ago...the new successor to the "hyped creatine" market is CEE.

I disagree, it seems to be highly talked about stuff recently, and I am seeing very very good results thus far.

Show me one smidgen of a real scientific study that was conducted that shows CEE or Kre-Alkalyn (or any brand of 'buffered' creatine) works any better/is more effective that creatine monohydrate, and I'll change my tune.

In fact, I'll buy 2 bottles of it...one for you and one for me.
