View Full Version : So here's my 3 month every other day of lifting progress.

6'4, 165 pounds or so.
Started September 7th with the following routine:

Clean and Press - 2 of 8 - 25lbs each side
Squat - 2 of 8 - 25lbs each side
Pullovers - 2 of 8 - 25lbs
Bench - 2 of 6 - 45 lbs each side
Good Mornings - 2 of 8 - Bar, then 10lbs each side
Curls - 2 of 8 - 25lbs

Now, as of December 11th
Clean and Press - 2 of 8 - 40lbs each side
Squat - 2 of 8 - 70lbs each side
Pullovers - 2 of 8 - 45lbs
Bench - 2 of 6 - 55 lbs each side
Good Mornings - 2 of 8 - 30 each side
Curls - 2 of 8 - 40lbs or bench bar + 10

I lifted every other day or so, and a few weeks off here and there due to school. I've since added chins/lat pulldowns and cable flys to my routine.
