Well, I quess it's time to start a journal. Hopefully this will keep me motivated.
Today was leg (thigh) day. Here's a complete list of my workout. I always keep
my heavy sets between 6 and 8 reps.

Squats

Tuesday Dec. 13

Today is Chest and Back day. I have been nursing a sore elbow the past couple
of weeks which I aggrevated shoveling 14" of snow last week. I limited
myself to 4 exercises total and didn't push myself too much.

Lat pull-downs
100 x 15
120 x 12
140 x 10
150 x 8 (3 sets)

Flat Bench
135 x 12
155 x 10
165 x 8 (3 sets)

Seated Rows
110 x 12
130 x 10
140 x 7 (3 sets)

Pec/Dec Flys
120 x 12
140 x 12
160 x 10 (3 sets)

I'm writing this on Wed. morning and apparently I didn't do any signficant
damage. If anyone can recommend some good upper body exercises
that don't strain the elbow much, I sure would be interested.
