I've been out of the loop of lifting for a while, but today I had a decent chest/back workout. After I finished I had a can of tuna and a protein shake w/ milk. Then about 15-20 min. later, I had dinner, which included ham and potatoes, corn, fruit, rolls. I ate more than usual, and felt stuffed afterwards. Only problem was I also did not feel very well, and my stomach got really messed up. Is it some weird combination of foods that set it off or just not allowing enough digestion time between the tuna snack and dinner? Or is this something you just have to adjust to?
