pics do me no justice. my back and calfs r bout the only thing that look kinda decent in the pics. starting next week i will be startin a 10 week cycle of test-e and turnibol though. cant wait to see what kind of results ill get. stats r: 200lbs and 11% bf at 5'11".

Height?

Looks like you've got a lot of work to do in the chest/traps area. Legs look pretty good, as does the back. Could just be the lighting, but you look a little over 11% to me. Good luck with the juice.

yeah i jst started back less than a month ago from being off for 6 months due to shoulder surgery. and my height is 5'11"

Maybe not the best idea to run a cycle then? I'd venture to say that would be REALLY hard on your shoulder. Maybe train natty for a while, get everything back up to tip top shape then use the gear.

Not the best reason to be starting a cycle, especially since that test-e is really not going to kick in for several weeks. I think you should consider waiting or getting some prop.

I agree that running a cycle is a pretty bad idea right now. Also I think you look more 14%ish than 11. After only one month back into the grind your shoulder joint will probably need more time to get used to the weights. Exploding your delts and putting higher pressures on the joint, added to the fact that gear can be harsh on joints in the first place, is a recipe for an injury.
