(Each close grip bench press was followed by 20 explosive punches)
close grip
30kg
10, 8, 5, 6

dumbell shot put
10 each arm.
rest 2 mins
10 each arm again

clean and jerks
30kg 1 rep
35kg 1 rep
37.5kg 1 rep, 1 rep
40kg 1 rep, 1 rep
42.5kg 1 rep
43.5kg 1 rep
45kg 1 rep
47.5kg 1 rep

47 kg is my new personal record for clean and jerk

10,10,10,10 will increase weight next week
