Ok, well, I started a journal a loooooonng time ago, but I never kept it up, so I figure I'll start a new one, so I can get some useful advice, and keep track of my progress. As for meals, I don't think I'm really gonna post them on here, but if you want to know, just ask, and I'll post it up. Also, I'll put up some pre-bulk pictures, and then in a few weeks once I hit 157 pounds, I'll get some new ones with some proper poses.
So today was leg day, and my workout went as follows:
225x2(New Personal Best, Yay!)
45x5(My hams are very weak)
90(per leg)x10(per leg)
Comments: Well, today was the best leg workout I've had in weeks. I set a new PR in squats, which felt really good. Otherwise, my legs just got hammered, and I gave it my all.

Ok, here is me at 143 pounds. Not too impressive, but a big step up from 95 pounds.

Today was back day. It was also the first day I've done good mornings, and the first day I've taken creatine. My back routine was as follows:
Close Grip Pulldowns:
65x5 (way too easy, upped the weight)
85x5 (still too easy)
95x8 (good workout)
Comments: As some of you may know, my weights teacher refuses to let us do standard deads, so I can't do them. I try to sub other things in, but sometimes it just doesn't work.
Now I have a few questions for anyone reading this......1. When I'm working my lats, I feel a strain in my right lat, but not in my left one. I've tried leading with my left, and still nothing. Is it just possible that my left lat overpowers my right one? 2. At my size (~153 pounds) is 5 grams a day of creatine mixed w/ water after my workouts sufficient or should I be taking more?

well, i did arms yesterday, i just didnt have time to post before now, but anyways:
Comments: Today I lacked motivation, as it is almost christmas break for me, and today was friday. I still did some things, and what I did, I tried my hardest at, just I didn't have to motivation to work shoulders :/. Oh well, one week won't kill me I guess.

Today was chest day, and our weights teacher made us max, so I decided what the hell, why not:

Comments: Woo-hoo, I set a new P.R. for my bench. I guess the creatine really does help me out after all. Anyways, I only got 4 hours of sleep last night, I couldn't get myself to fall asleep, but whatever, today was a good day for me. I'm starting to run out of whey, so I'm thinking I need to run down to Costco and grab one of their giant tubs of whey.

as of right now my short term goals are 160-165 @ 10%bf or less by summer, and longterm goals are about 190 @6-8%bf.

alright, i'm back after a week off for christmas. so my lifts dipped a little bit, but i think by next week they'll be back to where they were:
(I was trying to do a 3x3 for bench, but it didn't work out too well :/ ).
Incline DB Press:
Comments: Bench didn't work out too well today, but it felt good to be training again. Training got cut short, so I didn't have time to do another exercise for my tri's, but oh well.

thanks man. i haven't updated my journal in a bit, but i'll start again come tuesday, when i lift next.
