Whats up everyone? What are you guys doing? So anyways, I was wondering, after not eating much at all over the last 2 weeks (sick,) I am now nearing ready to eat again. I was bulking off 3700 cals before this sickness, and I am wondering if I should just pick up where I left off, or start slow? I sent my body through enough shock, going from very well fed for months, then suddenly terribly underfed and let starve for 2 weeks. Will going right back up welcome fat gain? Is my maintenance probably lowered by now? Any suggestions are appreciated ass hell. Thanks everyone!

Im thinking that if you can manage to shove down 3700 cals after not eating much for two weeks then do it...the sooner you can get the body back to normal the better...
