i need some opinion on whether or not to lose some fat first or go on a muscle building program. ive been on a one month lay of from the gym. i know i lost some muscle mass cause of poor dieting and lack of training. my weight has been steady but i know ive gained some fat. what do you guys think?

Just train and start gaining back that muscle and the fat will drop itself.

Agreed. Just start eatng clean again and keep protein high. You might wanna do a little cardio too.
