hey guys i just took my first pic after 10 months of training. i started off at 70gk now i am 80kg...i would like some one to tell me which body parts i need to work on more(i know abs) and tell me what you think

Chest, Lats, Core, (Legs? Can't see them). Arms look good, you look quite thin for 80kg - How tall are you, 6'4/6'5?

i dont really work out my legs and i couldn't be bother taking them off.

thanks for that you im trying to get bigger over all but i need a better program.

im 6'2 nealy 6'3 and i would be about 78-80kg

Critique? You look skinny. I would worry about total mass until you gain like 30 pounds before you start worrying about individual muscle groups.

this is my workout program

i dont have any diet but i done eat lollies or chocolate and dont drink soft drinks.

the person i want to be like is sonny bill williams( 102kg 193cm) pure muscle.
he plays rugby.

im looking for a better program to follow so if anyone if willing to write me up one that would be much apreciaed. i need to bulk!!!

See, you want to look like a rugby player, and you don't squat? Sorry mate, I'd love to have Andrew Johns physique myself - So I'll squat and Dead myself silly.

well thats the problem i dont know how to go about getting big....i just do the basic moves.

Squats are the most basic of them all. Check out www.exrx.net for animations of every exercise and movement imanginable, and read the stickies all the sections :)

look at the routines section and do WBB1 that should start u off in the right direction, eat lots and do that routine and u'll get bigger in no time.

Then start doing squats and deadlifts, lots of them. You're never gonna look like that guy neglecting your legs.

Def start squatting, unless you have a bad back, leg press is nearly as good!
