ive heard alot about this on cycle off cycle stuff from fizogin,

does it work and in how long?

also is thermogain any good for fat burning+muscle gain?

and does anyone have any stacks they can recommend

NOTE: havent worked out in a long time, about a year

get your training back on track as well as your diet, then look into supplements, read through the forums, have a look at wbb routines

100% GetFit... Move it first, then eat right... after a while your body will tell you what supplements you need..

Altough Built will tell you to get some fish oil...
And I might add a multi-vitamin... to fill in any nutritional holes..

Judging by the name of it I would say it's probably trying to mimic steroid cycles and probably isn't worth the money. Very few supplements are.

well ive become a lazy person.. besides work(i load trucks all day in a warehouse) i pretty much dont do anything....its really hard to go to the gym after work...heres a question... how do you do it...lol

well, you also can kick the habit of being lazy, i'm sure your job is hard enough, but try to make the time to get to the gym, it comes down to WANTING IT!, DEDICATION,DISCIPLINE

but considering im moveing all day am i still able to gain mucsle mass?..

im a hard gainer if i miss a protein meal i feel myself losing weight...:O

that's good to know, sure you'll be able to gain mass, as long as you get back into it,make a plan and try to stick with it.We're here to help you out

Any product that even hints at being a steroid is almost always bogus.

It drives me nuts to see supplement companies trying to make people think they are buying steroids legally. Just another example of shoddy business practices which are so rampant in the supplement world.

After reading this, I kind of wonder what you expect these things to do if you aren't working out.

If you're eating enough and working out regularly, sure. If you aren't able to gain mass at all, then you just aren't eating enough.

We just DO!!
Once you get started, and keep at it for a few weeks, a few months, it becomes addictive... There are days I drool waiting to push the iron.. and similiar to Dark Chocolate and Sexxx.. the endophine rush keeps bringing you back..

You will tooo... even after a full day loading trucks...
