Hey I was wondering if anybody could help me with my situation....I started lifting about a month ago, i'm 6'4 235lb I have an athletic body frame I used to play basketball in high school (i'm 19 now). I just started on a high protein low carb diet to try and get a six pack but I'm not sure if this is the best way to go about it. I've been taking whey 4 times a day and creatine twice daily along with a good centrum multivitamin (high in B) and a glutamine supplement. All of these were on the recomendation of friends but I'm not sure what I should be eating/ingesting to get a six pack and get that lean but big look...Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Basically, if you want to cut body fat, you need to put yourself in a calorie deficit. To be as accurate as possible, you need to track your exact calorie intake on a daily basis. www.fitday.com is a good place to do this.
