40% carbs, 25% protein, 35% fat
I think many on this site will say that they prefer to workout amounts instead of %. for example make sure ure getting 1 -1.5 g of protein per pound of body weight or lbm. 0.5 g of fat per pound of lbm as a minimum. these are pretty typical of what advice will be given on this site and many people have and are (such as myself) having good results with them

Your poll is hardly exhaustive.

As much as you need to fill in the extra calories after you get your protein and fat requirements met.

Yep, that's what I do, with the slight modification of keeping carbs between 100 and and 225 grams, as that's where I feel best. From there, I adjust calories by adding fat if needed.

Depends on my diet of the week. I experiment too much =P.

im exactly the same. well thats what it works out to be anyways
20 % protein seems a bit low to me however if ure meeting your 1.5 g of protein per pound of bodyweight or lbm then its ok
