View Full Version : Problems w/ PWO shake

Im having problems figuring out the timing of my PWO shake. I wake up at 6:45 and eat my first 1000 calorie meal and then i go to school and weightlift 1st period (from 8:30-9:15) i power lift so it doesnt take me that long. When should i take my shake, it seems to close to bfast to take it right after, should i wake up earlier and eat breakfast earlier?

You could class this shake as a breakfast as well as pwo or you could get up earlier as long as ure geting ure requirments for the day and are getting what u need pre workout theirs no probs
