Are you guys eating white or whole whaet pasta. I eat whits is that ok if im bulking. And what sauces you use?

Whole wheat pasta with home made spicy tomato sauce. :D

fine if your bulking. Last meal before workout would be a good time to eat this.

I'm using brown rice pasta with home made meaty spaghetti sauce. Wouldn't this be ok once or twice a week as a carb source regardless of cutting or bulking?

For the purpose of doing a carb refeed 1-2 times per week it's absolutely fine.

he's bulking so probably doesn't really need carb refeeds..

Have you tried whole wheat pasta? its actually pretty damn good.. and is healthier for you in way of GI/insulin response.

i actually have some "protein pasta" in the freezer :) supposedly its pretty good, i am hesitant to try it

For the purpose of gaining it's a valid choice. Though check the ingrediants first, because some brands claim to be a certain thing and are packed with white flour as a main ingrediant.
