M1 - 3 egg whites, 1 egg, 1/2 potatoe, 1 1/2 cup skim milk, 2 scoops soy protein
M2 - 2 Skinless Chicken Breasts, salad, dressing.
Snack - 1 cup of mixed nuts
M3 - 1/2 cup peaches, 1 1/2 cup fatfree cottage cheesee
GYM
M4 - 1 1/2 cup no sugar added chocolate milk
M5 - Whole wheat pasta w/ chicken or shrimp
M6 - 1/2 cup peaches, 1 1/2 cup fatfree cottage cheesee

I'm 186 and cutting.

Would also like to know what other high calorie foods I could throw to have a similar diet when bulking

around 1850 cals.

Unless I'm adding it in my head wrong, thats quite a bit more then 1850 cals.
Looks low in healthy fats. Basically all you have is 1 egg yolk and some nuts for fat. Not enough.

As for high cal foods when bulking, read the sticky what a body builder eats. Just eat enough to get your caloric goal. Wether it be 1800 on a cut or 6000 on a bulk.

You could cook your chicken in olive oil or flavour it with olive oil. Beware though, its high in calories.
