Damn dude those legs are pretty well defined in comparison to your upper body.
I think the left vs. right pec thing is hard to tell since it doesn't look like you are standing completely straight up. Looks like you're a little slanted. Anyway even for unequal muscles (asymmetry) you should not modify your routine as the weaker/smaller one will catch up.

Traps: http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/TrapeziusUpper.html

As for your routine, replace any sets of leg press with more sets of squats as the latter are vastly superior. You don't need to do so many sets/exercises on chest day. And don't forget YOU NEED TO WORK YOUR SHOULDERS = Arnold Presses and Upright Rows or Lateral Arm Raises.

BTW why is your tub of creatine so large? Must be more than pure creatine monohydrate.

Anyway I'm not sure what your plans are but if I were you I'd be eating a lot of food and bulking up. You could use another 50lbs or so if you really wanted. I'd say your bodyfat% is under 13%.

The human body is never symettrical (spelling? its late sorry) but I wouln't worry about it, it isn't very noticable.

Ok, thanks for your comments on my legs, ive always made them a priority, but now that they are getting to a good size, I've really been working my chest, and Have been a little miffed when one side devloped much fater than the other, but i guess thats genetics.

But just to clear things up, you guys are saying the other will catch up, with out really having to change my routine?

Im feeling like i wanna switch to dumbbells over barbells and give that a shot for a month or so.....

thanks again.

Great legs! Puts me to shame...
You training with the same intensity on your chest days as you do on your leg days?
Overall looking good though, keep it up

I have been training as hard on my chest for the last month or so.
and ive started to take it a little more easy on my legs and just put up more waight with less reps. and move on to other things.

What are your goals? It's easier to talk about your pics if you let us know where you are wanting to go with your training.

Oh and if you posted goals and I missed it, I blame my A.D.D.

My goals.
I dont wanna get too big.
Im about 150lbs right now and i think it would be great to get to about 180
and be quite lean still. I like my body shape so i dont want to get to stout.

so basicly i wanna be pretty lean.

some photos of me skating.

Going from 150 to 180 should be fairly easy.
The way it works is, if you can take in more calories than you burn on a daily basis, you will gain weight. Have you been gaining weight over the 3-4 months you have been lifting? If not, then you are not eating enough.

Check out the Diet/Nutrition forum. There is a lot of good information in the stickies posted there. Oats and Natty Peanut butter is pretty cheap.

I would recommend using dumbells for a while on chest movements. If you DO end up gaining the 30lbs you are looking to add, I would be willing to bet that extra weight would take care of the proportional issue.

If you need or want help with your routine, you could use the routines this site has set up WBB1, 2 & 3, or check out the journal section of the forums and look through other peoples journals to see if anything looks good.

I am currently using the routine in this link http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=72722

Great Pics man.. especially the pi@@ing off the damn.. nothing feels better then doing what animals do on a daily basis...

Dumbbells may make a huge difference.. or they may not. Genetics are more the reason... (I have a ball bicep on my left arm, but a huge flat one on my right)... just make sure the strength is the same.. and the longer you are at it, the better they will align themselves.

Your legs are great for your size and goals.. but then again you may find them growing mcuh bigger and faster then your upper body as you bulk up. You may find that doing lower reps and more strength building for the legs to keep them from growing as fast - but densing up. Where as more of a BB routine will bulk you better for the upper body.

hey man, your legs definitley look great like everyone say. I'd say they are most certainly your strongest point.

I think you should add some deadlifts into your routine, they're a heavy compound exercise which will stimulate a lot of overall muscle growth.

Keep pumping man.

thanks, but whats a BB routine?

i think he means using 8-12 rep range for your upper body lifts and lower rep range such as 4-6 for your legs

the former being more advantageous for hypertrophy and growth
with the latter mainly building strength and coordination
