I decided to start on a bulk, I'm 6'4", 183 and my goal is to get to at least 190-193 in one month.
Here's what I ate for today:
100g fat - 29%
254g carbs - 28%
340g protein - 43%
See how you change for a week or two with this current diet, If you dont gain they bumb up the calories 200-300 a week till you start gaining If your looking for a slow clean bulk. But Im in the low 160's and am putting down 4000 gaining 1/2lb a week. :lurk:

i bust my ass off eating all that food... I just had some nuts and couple fruit = 300+ cals.. but i dont know if im going to be able to keep up with eating that much food.
One of the problems is that I wake up very late (at around 11-12AM) which cuts off some meals for the day. I might have to buy a weight gainer supplement for extra cals, since I should have around 4700 daily.
You just have to break the habbit, You have to realize that gains will come through diet. If your diet is not up to Par then no matter how many reps/sets/machines you use you wont grow. I mean you might but not as efficiently, effectively and quickly as you would with good diet, rest, and lifting. Dont need more then 8hrs of sleep, so just make sure your stuffing till an hour or so before you sleep.
Slowly increase the calories, 200-300 a week till your stomach gets used to a good amount of food. I struggle with this for a couple of months but Im getting the hang of it. Good luck.
