My opinion is that if you're posting a routine on the anabolic forums you are not ready for a cycle.

Agreed.

I'd do more for legs. I'd worry more about the larger muscle groups and do more compound lifting. The little stuff will grow on its on.

You should have everything sorted before you start a cycle. As your not sorted dnt start a cycle and stroll over to the bodybuilding and diet sections please

How long have you been training?

What's your diet like at present, and what do you intend for it to be like if you do decide to do a cycle?

Ha! That was funny funny.

Kique - Look into some good 4 day or 5 day splits and incorporate more rest. You need to have a solid workout and diet in place before you start taking gear. Also, the people in this thread are totally right so don't take offence, listen to them.

You've got it backwards dude. It's not "I'm gonna go on gear so let me grab some hardcore routine." it's, "My routine/diet has been perfect for 2 months so now I'm ready for gear." You are approaching it the wrong way, there is nothing special about a routine while on, other than you dont need to rest quite as much. If a routine works for you while natty, it will def work while on.

wrong.

i gotta agree with narc. you can definitely get away with 6 days/week of training while on. i personally would not, but i don't see anything wrong with it. go ahead and give it a shot, kique. if you start to see signs of overtraining then cut some sets out here and there.

No. You see, you asked for informative suggestions. These are. You're being stupid about the whole thing and don't like it when everybody here, is telling you that. You don't need to be in this section. You need to do more reading in the diet/nutrition section and from the looks of your routine, in the bb/fitness section more too.

You jumped the gun on using and one of the adverse effects of it is people telling you that you're stupid. Either listen or ignore it, but in the end, you're still an idiot.

They are being informative from what I'm seeing. They're informing you that you need to re-think your cycle/routine.

Think I saw that you wanted "evil" suggestions as well...doesn't seem like you really care for them when you get them, though.

maybe its jst me but if ur bustin ur ass in the gym 6 days a week then ur gonna end up over training.

I dnt think so you could train twice a week and overtrain if you did enough or twice a day 7 days a week and not be training enough it totally depends on your routine. I for instance at the moment train 4 days on 1 day off and repeat however only do 2 worjing sets per body part super setted would you say this was overtraining because i wouldnt. Also to the originale poster i was suggesting going to the bodybuilding section as you are asking a question about your training which is what that section is for this section is for questions about anabolic steroids and while you may be taking them or going to be taking them but your routine shouldnt be worked around them in my opinion. They do allow you to train more irregular or do more sets but for questions on training routines your in the wrong section really

1. He's using gear.
2. Depends on the person, routine, volume, etc. etc.

6 days per week works very well for a lot of people I know, natty and non.

One of the benefits of being "on" is that you can recover faster.

great attitude, man. calling this guy an idiot is really going to help him with his question. very constructive. i don't think he's asked anything out of line. seems like he's just looking for a split that will help him get the most out of his cycle.

i think what you have looks ok. i would move the rest day from the end of the week to every three days. for example:

back/bis
chest/tris
legs/shoulders
rest
back/bis
chest/tris
legs/shoulders
rest

that way you're working a bodypart twice every 8 days or so. gives you a little more recovery time.

I'm pulling stuff from other posts this guy has made. Nothing out of line but in context with other posts and questions he has asked, its apparent that he has not done his research, nor spent enough time training or watching his nutrition to be on.

Without knowing more about his age, background, cycle, and diet/nutrition, there is no way to give him an accurate take on his training split. In this area, I'm not forgiving in the least bit and will stand by comments. This isn't something you should take lightly, and, again, with everything else in consideration, he has no business using.
