ive heard to get your total cals on a cut multiply your body weight anywhere from 12 - 19. what do most of you use to get your total calories on a cut? im about 190 estimating around 15% bf. i do 190*13 then subtract 500 for a cut. ive got a 35% 25% 40% fat carb pro and im getting a little less than 2k cals. a lot of people have been telling me this is still too low even for a cut ?? Ideally is this enough?
