I took some pictures after Xmas and just put them up in my journal last night. These mark the beginning of my current full body routine. Currently I'm attempting to add weight ( :burger: ). I'll probably take updated photos around March '06. Feel free to give some feedback.

MODS: I hope this is okay posting a link to the pics and not posting them in here.

Dude, Tim, you've got a **** load of potential to be freaking massive as hell. You appear to have a very nice V-Taper though I can't be absolutely sure. You also have nice broad shoulders that are gonna help out a lot. Nice job.

Thanks Chubrock. The V seems to be coming in with all the compound movements I've been doing. I've always felt like I had a good shape too, it's just the size I need to work on.

Want my bulking advice? I don't know what you're doing now, but I'll tell you what worked for me as another 6'+ guy who was having trouble getting over 190lbs: carbs. If I remember correctly, you're doing a diet that Built had you create. I didn't check out the diet. If your weight still isn't increasing, I might suggesting increasing carbs, regardless of whether it's a training day or not. I agree with the others who say you'd look fantastic with an extra 15+ pounds, because you've got a killer taper.

Personally, I'd add more fat if you are having trouble gaining weight. Everytime you have a glass of milk, throw in a tbsp of olive oil. Done and done.

Haha, you know what I mean.

Tim: Crippy's advice is great. But take it a step further: add a tablespoon of pig lard and some crisco -- bellissimo!

Hm, I knew it was lard, but I didn't know it was specifically pig lard. Honestly, I have no clue.

Thanks everyone. I'm feeling pretty good right now with all the positive comments. I have been doing my best at adding calories and carbs, but I'll keep on it. I'll look into the olive oil and pig lard too. Thanks guys

Damn, that is one small waist! Great frame, and I like the side pic- the shoulder looks really nice.

Or you can be a real man and just inject it into you. Yeeeeeeah.

Tim you're looking good, is it just me or does the side pick give the idea that you have a nice 'chasm' between the left and right sides of your abs? I think it'd look crazy later on.

Keep the olive oil and crisco, but replace the milk with half & half. Good2G0
V-for victory. You throwing your lats out in the frontal pose? Looks like your about to spread some wings and peace out.
I didn't know you had a 26inch waist bro. damn, lucky...;)

Thanks guys.

fatrb38 - I do seem to have a line that runs down my torso, through my abs. Never really thought much of it. Guess it could look pretty good if I get my BF% down, after adding some lean mass of course.

muscleup - No, I'm not trying to throw my lats out, that's just the way I'm built. The small waist really helps with the v-shape. I think my waist actually measures around 30-31 inches. Still, very small.

If you don't have a problem with fat gain, eat more carbs - they'll make you hungrier and that will ensure that you keep eating.

More fat is a good one, too. Just eat more, period. :)

You've got a great base - good shape, nice symmetry naturally. Ya just gotta keep eating and lifting stuff.

Bump to your V-taper, Tim. I have huge hip bones and my shoulders don't grow, it sucks. It's like I'm a male trapped in the samotype of an endomorphic chick.
