I am a big fan of chicken. I have a small flock of about 60 and they keep me supplied in fresh meat and eggs, but I am leary of buying chicken at the store.

Chicken is awesome, just about the best meat on the planet. High in protein, lower in fat and cheap. I got a whole bag of boneless skinless chicken breasts for 6.50$ (well acutally I bought 10 bags and froze them) they are the main staple in my diet.
