Nice progress Nick... starting to see some real definition...
How much of that 85 lbs loss has been since July?? Looks like about a 40lb fat loss and a 20 lb muscle gain..

I agree, I definitely see more muscle in addition to the fat loss. Great way to finish the year!

Not much of it. I haven't weighed myself since August. I'm not getting on a scale until I'm where I want to be BF% wise. Its slowly getting there. My hipbones are sticking out. Hard to see in the picture but vascularity is getting pretty crazy. Backfat is almost all gone. Stomach is tightening up nicely. Considering I was well over 300lbs of pure fat that could barely bench 25 per side, I'm fairly happy.
