DAYUM! Nice pecs!

Nice everything from what I can see - nice big pipes, great vascularity, really nice taper, and you look lean as hell with all that size.

Good work!

i just wanted to show that i do squat too. i always had small legs and didn't want to be one of those guys with huge arms and chicken legs - i still have a lot more mass to pack on though.

You look pretty damn good, quads have nice definition and you seem to be proportional. Keep up whatever you're doing.

I'm not Manveet, but I love working hammies - I suggest RDLs, GHRs, high foot placement leg press, and GMs.

I like RDL/SLDLs and leg curls.

But you can also throw in GHR, GM, and high foot placement leg presses as Built mentioned.

On leg day I think most people tend to train quads first and kind of put the hams on the back burner.

You can try to train hams first or have a quad dominant day and hamstring dominant.

Excellent work man, I'm 6' 190 and you got me beat for size. Nice arms especially, great size for your leaness. Really man, your arms look superb in your rear lat spread. Only weak point I can see is your erector spinae, you dont seem to have much mass down there for how big you are, do you deadlift much? Anyways whatever you're doing keep it up, def working. :)

Thanks man as far the arms - they come pretty naturally man - i don't do much for them. as far as the deadlifts - i use to but i have been slackin' off and working on the lats.

There was recently a thread about how people should have X amount of posts before being allowed to make picture threads. Not to be rude but that thread makes me think of you.

Other than that you have some insane genetics, I mean rediculous. You have lots of potential bro.

He's been a member for over a year (I'm assuming he lurks more than he posts) which is fair enough.

He has one post outside of his own picture threads (which is in another picture thread). In fact he has made multiple picture threads with some of the same pics.

This was the concern of some members and I though it was a valid one, he seems to fall into the category that was brought up in that thread. I was simply pointing it out.

If he just wants to use the board for encouragement, im okay with that. I dont think everyone has to help with the asking and answering questions. I know it's not a forum for models but if someone just wants to check in and post pics, there's nothing wrong with that. There are much worse types of people on this forum, lol.

Looking huge man! Very impressive.
