So I'm about to start bulking, and here is what I look like:

5'8, 160lbs, 22 years old

This will be my diet, unless there is a problem with it:

9 a.m: 1 banana, 1 cup oats, 1.5 cups milk, 1.5 tbs peanut butter, .5 cups cottage cheese

11 a.m: 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 cup oats

1 p.m: 1 cup chick peas

3 p.m: 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop sugar

Workout

4 p.m: 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop sugar

5 p.m: 1 banana, 1 cup oats, 1.5 cups milk, 1.5 tbs peanut butter, .5 cups cottage cheese

7 p.m: 1 chicken breast, package of spinach

9 p.m: 1 small can of tuna, package of green beans, glass of milk

11 p.m: .5 cups cottage cheese

Totals: Cal 2917 Fat 92 30% Carb 275 34% Protein 247 36%

Total doesn't include the vegetables, whey, or the sugar.

Am I on the right track? Thanks.

As long as 2,917 calories is above maintenance, you should be fine. I might find a substitute for 2 scoops of sugar during the day though. That just can't be good for you. At least not your teeth :D

Looks like pre/post workout shakes to me. Dextrose is pretty much the norm there.
