well, i don't know much of anything about dieting other than how i lost 40 pounds when istarved myself...im 6' 195 and i lift regularly...i need a diet where i can cut the fat but keep the muscle...thanks

Read lots on this site, learn about calories and macronutrients if you haven't already, visit www.fitday.com, come up with an eating and fitness plan. That's all the advice I have.

callme, track your food for a week and post up the average macros (grams of carb, protein, fat, and total calories). We'll help you from there, okay?
