Kennelly shake

He mentioned it in his interview but does anyone know what goes into a Kennelly shake? Ryan Kennelly says he drinks 4 of them a day in addition to 4 meals. Any clues?

They show it in the Road to the Arnold vid, can't really remember but its something like:

Few scoops of protein
4 eggs or so
creatine
glutamine
water, and maybe some ice

[squat it all!]

yeah, and in the video, they're raw eggs like rocky.
