ok im about to go to the gym for the first time since i stopped a month ago. i started eating clean again too. my goal is to gain some lean body mass i must have lost due to inconsistent dieting and lack of training. i plan to build for 3months and try a tkd for 8 weeks to loose some fat. goal is to gain muscle with little or no fat. ill start of with 200g of protein, 130g of carbs. as for fat im not sure how much ill take in, ill just play with it n see. the plan is to gain a pound or two a week.
today is leg day.
squats. 3sets: 7-9 reps
sldl 3sets: 7-9 reps
calf raise 2 sets, 8-10reps
