height- 6' 0''
weight- 171 (as of 1/2/06)

only been lifting for about 1.5 months

bench- 135
squat- 155
haven't done much deadlifting

any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

diet: trying to eat as clean as i can, and getting at least 200g protein a day.

woke up at about 10. took multi, 30 minutes later drank protein shake, about 55g of protein.

went to gym about 11.
did biceps and back.
i will bring a notebook with me to record my weights and exercises. didn't do that today.

i tried doing 5 bicep exercises, 3 sets each, 6-10 reps. same with the back.

at around 12:45 i had a chicken breast and some milk.

6:30- 1.5 steaks
7:10- multi
9:10- protein shake, 45g
10:15- 6g creatine with gatorade
12:10- tuna sandwich with 2 slices of cheese and bread- 53.5g
