when puting a new nutiriton plan for bulk,do i need to count the calories of protein that comes from a carb source?

for exc:
in 100gram oats we have 70gr carb (280 calories),11 grams of protein (44 calories) and 5g of fat (40 calories).

do i need to count the protein that comes from the carb source and then lower it from my daily protein ratio,even that the protein coming from oat or other carbs isnt a "full" protein (doesnt contain full amino profile like in cheese or meat.....)?
