Started on WBB1 and bulk 11/29.

Starting weight 162. (Height 6'4)

On 12/29 weighed 171.

It's now 1/4/06 and am at 175.

Am planning on this being weekly, rather than daily updates. Just to remind my thick head on progress.

Initial plan is to put on 20, then lose 10. Rinse and repeat until am around 205 with 10%bf. Maybe i'm just getting old, but for someone who has always had trouble putting on weight, i seem to be able to do it at will atm. Anyways....

away i go.

Fitday for what it's worth. Suggestions appreciated.

Good luck with the journal. You better start eating protein if you want to build some muscle.

weight this morning was 173.5

Great workout last night though.
